A: Yes, custom made windows are precisely measured and made to within 1/8” and are specifically fit to each window opening in your home. This process will make a big difference when it comes to energy efficiency, comfort, operation and appearance. Standard/stock sized windows are often retro fitted and/or require extensive carpentry work to both the interior and exterior or your home; this can compromise both the appearance and thermal performance.

A: Your Empire Window Company representative will be extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to listen to your needs and concerns.  Empire Window representatives make sure they meet and exceed your expectations, and in most cases within or below your budget. Upon arrival they are always equipped with multiple window, siding and energy efficient glass samples.  In fact, some customers laugh and say we carry a showroom on wheels!
